Indications:
Mild to moderate pain

Uses:
Paracetamol,a para-aminophenol derivative,exhibits analgesic action by peripheral bolckage of pain impulse generation;produces antipyresis by inhibiting the hypothalamic heat regulating centre;and its weak prostaglandin synthesis by in the CNS.Codeine,a phenathrenene derivatives,binds to opiate receptor in the CNS,causing inhibition of ascending pain pathways.

Side effects:
Nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,pruritis,dizzeness,drowsiness,sedation,allergic reation,voice disorder,rashes,dysphoria.
