Composition:

Levofloxacin 10%W/V

Indications:
Inhibition of topoisomerase (DNA gyrase) enzymes, which inhibits relaxation of supercoiled DNA and promotes breakage of double stranded DNA.

Uses:
It is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. Levofloxacin is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is also used in infections of urinary tract, tonsils, sinus, nose, throat, female genital organ, skin and soft tissues, windpipe and lungs (pneumonia).l cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria.

Side effects:
Headache, Nausea, Constipation, Diarrhoea, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Dizziness
