Indications:

It is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure), Angina (heart-related chest pain), Arrhythmia, heart attack and Migraine.

Side effects:
Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Tiredness, Slow heart rate, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Breathlessness, Stomach pain
