Indications:
It is a steroid which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies.

Uses:
It is used in the treatment of severe allergic reactions, allergy symptoms, asthma, rheumatic disorder, skin disorders, eye disorders and nephrotic syndrome.

Increased risk of infection, Weight gain, Mood changes, Behavioural changes, Skin thinning, Diabetes, Reduction in bone density, Stomach upset
