Uses:
Spironolactone is a potassium-sparing diuretic. It lowers blood pressure and swelling by removing the extra water and electrolytes from the body without loss of potassium.

Nausea, Vomiting, Leg cramps, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Confusion, Breast enlargement in male, Increased creatinine level in blood
